Program of intervention for the emotional intelligence in adolescent bullying victims

Abstract
The present study was carried out in the ESBU Rafael Orejón Forment of Guantánamo with the objective of favoring the emotional intelligence in adolescent bullying victims. The population and sample was constituted by 16 adolescent victims of bullying of the center. The applied instruments were the interview, the drawing, the documental revision, the Trait Goal-Mood Scale, the observation and the survey. Among the results it was obtained that the scholars project insecurity, anxiety and sadness, aggressions like threats, harassment, intimidation, pushes, insults and marked difficulties in the components of emotional intelligence. An intervention program was elaborated that was valued of penitent and novel.
