Gender Diversity in the Initial Training of the Art Instructor. A Challenge to Social Indiscipline

Abstract

The research analyzes the insuffiencies that the treatment of gender diversity presents in the initial training of the Art Instructor from the work in the different contexts of action that is a challenge for the artistic professionals. It contributes to activities in which the relations and essential dimensions in this process are revealed, which allows explaining processes and manifestations in the faculty until now not analyzed, to guide and educate the Art Instructors through the method of equitable subjective representation in the gender relations.
