In this third edition of the year 2021, and in correspondence with the circumstances imposed by the pandemic, a team of researchers offers an alternative of activities for educational action with a preventive-projective nature in pursuit of the comprehensive development of students in adverse conditions. Aimed at the teaching-learning process of Mathematics, activities are exhibited to consolidate mental calculation skills in the sixth grade. The improvement of the methodological work in Higher Education and the comprehensive training of professionals continue to be a priority in the research community, in this regard, reflections are offered on the methodological workshop as a work style; a system of integrating teaching tasks with an interdisciplinary character for students of the Construction career; a path for knowledge management in the dynamics of agronomist training, as well as a professional reaffirmation plan for the Physical Culture career. The actions of the University in the territories materialize through the accompaniment carried out by the Municipal University Centers to the authorities in the management of local development, in this sense, two articles are proposed, the first oriented to the management of Agricultural Innovation in the municipality of El Salvador and the other, to capacity building and development management in the municipality of Imías. The following work is the result of a study on the quality of brushing tests in five timber species.
